How can we help?

  • Appointment Form - Schedule an appointment with a librarian for individualized assistance with your research. This is the best way to get reference assistance outside our regular reference hours. (Find our reference hours and related information here.)
  • Computing Help Desk - This is the first point of contact for technical assistance on campus. Their office in the library can help you with many computing needs.
  • Interlibrary Loan - ILL is a service that allows you to borrow materials from a library outside of Buffalo State. You will need to create an account to use this service. Ask a librarian for more information.
  • Bengal Card - The library is also where you will get your Bengal Card. As a graduate student, you are entitled to receive a new ID card that indicates your grad school status.
