Since the Dobbs decision returned abortion rights to the states to decide, where one lives now greatly affects one's access to reproductive healthcare, including abortion care. Right now, abortion providers across the country are working hard to provide abortion access to their patients in the face of a rapidly changing legal landscape. If you are in need of abortion services, the links below may be helpful.

Abortion Access Resources

Abortion Finder
"Abortion Finder is an easy-to-use search tool built on a database of over 750 verified abortion providers across the country. You can enter your age, the first day of your last period, and your location, and we will give you a list of abortion providers who can help you.

Brigid Alliance
"The Brigid Alliance is a referral-based service that provides travel, food, lodging, child care and other logistical support for people seeking abortions. We prioritize clients beyond 15 weeks of pregnancy for whom it’s generally more expensive and harder to find a provider near home."
Buffalo Women Services
Buffalo Women Services provides abortions through 19 weeks in pregnancy.

New York Abortion Access Fund
"Need help paying for an abortion? The New York Abortion Access Fund supports anyone who is unable to pay fully for an abortion and is living in or traveling to New York State by providing financial assistance and connections to other resources."

Planned Parenthood's Buffalo Health Center
Planned Parenthood's Buffalo location provides medication abortions up to 10 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period. Medication abortions are also available at Planned Parenthood's West Seneca Health Center, North Tonawanda Health Center, and Niagara Falls Office.

Planned Parenthood's West Seneca location provides medication abortions up to 10 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period and surgical abortions up to 13 weeks and 6 days after the start of your last menstrual period.
