This is a three part series on research methods and strategies. The progression will discuss these concepts:

  • Part 1: Popular & Scholarly Sources, Peer-Review, and Societal Impact of Scholarly Research
  • Part 2: Using APA Style Citations & Formatting
  • Part 3: Using Butler Library Databases & Primo Discovery

For each part you will need to pass a short quiz in order to continue to the next module.

You will need to create a free account in Niche Academy to complete these modules, you will be prompted to do so when entering the tutorial for the first time. Please use your Buffalo State email.

Upon completion of the tutorial modules, you will be able to download a certificate of completion to send to Dr. Hoston. Please fill out the feedback survey at the end. It is anonymous and it helps us improve content like this in the future! Thank You!
