Abortion Finder
"Abortion Finder is an easy-to-use search tool built on a database of over 750 verified abortion providers across the country. You can enter your age, the first day of your last period, and your location, and we will give you a list of abortion providers who can help you.
"... Abortion Finder is also available via text message. For service in English, text “Hello” to 435-3-FINDER; for service in Spanish, text “Hola” to 218-3-BUSCAR. Then give us your zip code, and we’ll reply with the three abortion providers closest to you."
Brigid Alliance
"The Brigid Alliance is a referral-based service that provides travel, food, lodging, child care and other logistical support for people seeking abortions. We prioritize clients beyond 15 weeks of pregnancy for whom it’s generally more expensive and harder to find a provider near home."
Buffalo Women Services
Buffalo Women Services provides abortions through 19 weeks in pregnancy.
"As a member of the Abortion Care Network and the American Association of Birth Centers, Buffalo Women Services is a top-tier organization and the only one in the country that houses both a birth center and an abortion facility."
New York Abortion Access Fund
"Need help paying for an abortion? The New York Abortion Access Fund supports anyone who is unable to pay fully for an abortion and is living in or traveling to New York State by providing financial assistance and connections to other resources."
If you live elsewhere, find your local abortion fund at the National Network of Abortion Funds.
Planned Parenthood's Buffalo Health Center
Planned Parenthood's Buffalo location provides medication abortions up to 10 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period. Medication abortions are also available at Planned Parenthood's West Seneca Health Center, North Tonawanda Health Center, and Niagara Falls Office.
Planned Parenthood's West Seneca Health Center
Planned Parenthood's West Seneca location provides medication abortions up to 10 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period and surgical abortions up to 13 weeks and 6 days after the start of your last menstrual period.

"Bedsider.org (Bedsider) is an online birth control support network for women 18-29 operated by Power to Decide, the campaign to prevent unplanned pregnancy. Power to Decide works to ensure that every young person has the power to decide if, when, and under what circumstances to get pregnant—increasing their opportunity to pursue the future they want."

Erie County Department of Health (ECDOH) Sexual Health Clinic and Family Planning Center
Walk-in clinic that provides STI testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, contraceptives, and PrEP/PEP. Free condoms and lube available.
Planned Parenthood
Birth control services, including the morning-after pill, are available at Planned Parenthood's Buffalo Health Center, West Seneca Health Center, North Tonawanda Health Center, and Niagara Falls Office.

"ECAPS supplies period products to women in low-income and/or emergency situations as well as raise awareness to the impact that lack of supplies creates."

Buffalo Doula Collective
The collective connects families to doulas, offers postpartum support, and provides training in doula services.
Buffalo Prenatal Perinatal Network
"Buffalo Prenatal Perinatal Network empowers women, fathers and families to take charge of bettering their family health and well-being by providing education, support, advocacy, and connection to resources and services in WNY. The work of Buffalo Prenatal Perinatal Network is dedicated to honoring the dignity and capacity of individuals and communities and in promoting health equity."
Buffalo Women Services
"The Birthing Center of Buffalo, affiliated with Buffalo Women Services, offers the opportunity for a woman-centered birth, free of unnecessary distractions and interventions. They are the only facility in the Buffalo area that offers water birth. They have a Cesarean Section rate of only 10%, a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section rate of 90%, and a seamless care model – Dr. Morrison will continue to care for you in the hospital if a transfer is required. The Birthing Center of Buffalo is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Birth Centers."
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program
Food and nutrition assistance available to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, and caregivers of infants and children up to age 5.
WNY Postpartum Connection, Inc.
"A directory of mental health and support services for pregnant and postpartum families"

Note: A variety of anti-abortion "crisis pregnancy" or "pregnancy care" centers exist, but are NOT listed here. While they may be helpful at providing some resources and services to those in need, people should be aware that they are biased against sexual activity outside of marriage, as well as abortion.

Child Care Resource Network
"Child Care Resource Network (CCRN) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization located in Buffalo, New York, that works to help families find child care, educate and empower child care providers, and advocate for the children of Erie County and Western New York. Throughout Erie County, we conduct inspections to ensure providers are following regulations. CCRN also assists in opening child care centers and continues to support them with a wide variety of services."
Every Bottom Covered
"Every Bottom Covered addresses diaper need in Western New York. By providing diapers, wipes, and other baby needs to families and building partnerships for other organizations working toward the greater good, Every Bottom Covered helps address an unmet need and raise awareness of those costs included in community, city, and state funding decisions."
FeedMore WNY
"Our organization was born from the healthy merger of two of the area’s most well-known, well-respected organizations—the Food Bank of WNY and Meals on Wheels for Western New York. ...
"Through our food bank distribution center and partner hunger-relief agencies, as well as our home-delivered meal program and other targeted feeding programs, FeedMore WNY alleviates hunger and assists community members of all ages throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties."

"HOPE Buffalo is the community-wide movement for optimal teen health and wellbeing—a youth and community-led collaborative of diverse stakeholders, teens and adults working together to reduce teen pregnancy and STI rates and increase optimal teen health."

Project ACT (Assisting Care-giving Teens)
"An outreach program that provides services to pregnant and/or parenting teens (mothers and fathers, including their caregivers) attending Buffalo Public Schools. Coordinates support services by forming links between families, community agencies, and schools. Also provides resource services and information that supports the physical, social, and emotional development of both the student and the child."
SNAP Benefits (Food Stamps)
"The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly known as "food stamps") provides food assistance for nearly 1.8 million low-income New Yorkers including families, people who are aging and people with disabilities. The program helps families and individuals supplement the cost of their diet with nutritious foods."
Note: SNAP eligibility is based on income requirements. Depending on their income, adults without children may still be eligible for SNAP.
