Scheduling a Class Visit

1.     Please call or email us your request; make your reservation at least one week in advance.

2.     Include the:

• class title;
• size;
• specific topics to be discussed (if applicable) 
• preferred date and time of class meeting.

3.     Direct students to read through the "Visitor Guide to Using the Archives & Special Collections."

4.     Students are not required to complete the "Archives & Special Collections Registration & Usage Agreement Form" if part of a planned class visit.
