Printing in Butler Library

Networked printers are located in Butler Library's StudyQuad, QuietQuad and Academic Commons computer labs on the first floor (library map).  Copiers are located in StudyQuad and QuietQuad. Printers and copiers do not accept money. You must use your Bengal ID card to make prints or copies. The add-value machine is located in StudyQuad. This machine will allow you to add value to your Bengal ID Bengal Bucks fund with cash or a credit/debit card.  

To print in the library from one of our computer lab workstations, follow these steps.

1. Select "Print" in the program you are using.
2. Choose either the "Library B&W" ($0.02 per page) or "Library Color" ($0.50 per page) print queues.  Color printing is not available from the Academic Commons workstations.
3. Go to any Pharos print release station located near the printers, and tap/swipe your Bengal ID card.
4. Select the print job from the list, and click "Print". (Note during the first few weeks of class you may see multiple print jobs that are not yours.  Please select your print job based on the username associated with the print.)
5. Click the Log Off button once you are done.
